Donington last call and reminders

Tomorrow (Wednesday 9th) is your very last chance to join us at our popular Donington GP race meeting this weekend, or, if you are already in, this is your reminder to sign on by 17:00, (if you are one of the 160 drivers that have yet to do so) and check you have received your e-tickets.
Reserves and entry list
We do have reserves in some races, but the numbers are falling, so don't give up hope, we will tell you when you have a confirmed place. As a qualifying reserve you can still qualify. If you are unlucky and don't get a race, you will receive a refund less £38.(The Motorsport UK insurance fee) The entry list we published last week will be updated late on Thursday afternoon, when the current entry list is replaced by the programme. Please sign on now, even if you decide not to attend at the last minute.
E-tickets Everyone should have received them some days ago, please check you have them and forwarded to your team, where relevant. If you can't see your emailed e-tickets please tell us now.
Paddock parking We covered this in our last email, but given the large numbers of you entered (411 right now), it's worth repeating. If you are not competing until Sunday, please don't occupy space in the paddock on Saturday, there are no quiet corners you can hide in. Instead, move to the firm, grass field outside. Occupy the smallest footprint you can get away with, park close to your neighbours so that those arriving later have somewhere to park, in their allocated area. The weather on Saturday should be dry, do you really need an awning? Guests with private cars should park outside the paddock, on the grass field, it's not far to walk.
2025 Race Licence Over 100 of you received a polite request this morning, for a copy of their race licence. Please can you email this to info@classicsportscarclub.co.uk as soon as possible, you only need to do this once per season. Due to the large volume, we won't always be able to reply individually.
Weather The advanced forecast currently shows warm, sunny weather on Saturday, the chance of showers on Sunday, but this could of course change.

Security
Donington is one of a number of circuits that local thieves target. Whether you are away at the briefing, qualifying or race, lock your car/motorhome and secure anything easily stealable. Your area of the paddock is likely to be quiet when you go out on track.
