New for 2025: Ultimate Mini! Six classes and regulations for mild or wild classic Mini's, running within the JMC Racing Special Saloons & Modsports Series.

The legendary British Mini soon found its way into the hands of club and professional racers, proving capable of class and overall wins from the very earliest days of modified racing. The CSCC JMC Racing Special Saloons & Modsports have seen a number join our ranks over the years, but this is the first time an effort has been made to bring a group of them out, with their own sub-set of regulations and at every UK round.

With thanks to Pete Edwards from The Motorsports School, Jim Lyons and others, these simple regulations ensure that all cars remain compliant within our existing series rules, for example the engine needing to remain in its original location. Cost-effective, enjoyable club racing is the aim. This may also appeal to a number of our rapid Adams & Page Swinging 60s drivers, whose cars are automatically eligible. Cars not eligible under the Ultimate Mini regulations are still most welcome if they comply with the Special Saloons & Modsports regulations and can run in that corresponding class.

Drivers need to join the CSCC (£49) and register (£99) their car for the JMC Racing Special Saloons & Modsports Series, here: https://www.classicsportscarclub.co.uk/join-the-cscc
Ultimate Mini also has its own, non-CSCC website: https://ultimateminiracing.co.uk/
